There are these layouts that hide all of your interests section and contact table, pretty much everything on the left side of your page (except your pic). The only thing it shows is where you write your about me. It also hides friends/comments.

well you can choose a premade layout that does that and/or you can choose any layout you like and apply myspace codes that will have that effect for you.

Reply:Skinny layouts, or Div layouts, or modified default layouts.
You'd be better off using a default layout then inserting in the codes to hide all that stuff, its easier and much quicker than searching through the profiles with those features.
