i knw that freeweblayouts.net uses photoshop but what about myspacestop.com and layouts.com or any other layouts sites....what do they use??

Well, as far as a software dedicated to myspace layouts, as far as I'm concerned there is none...
But there are some html softwares out there.
I'd recommend Dreamweaver.
If not then just learn HTML,
that's what I'm doing. If you do chose to learn then I'd be happy to help you if you have any problems

theres software to make the backgrounds of layouts and comment boxes and contact table like photoshop.
but if your looking for something that will code it your kinda outa luck.
you have to use your own smarts with css and html for layouts
you could go to www.whateverlife.com
it has a layout generator you could use.
