Free website layouts?

Im starting a website and i know a little bit of HTML, but i cant find any free website layouts that i can download, or have HTML codes. I've been looking for some on google and yahoo , but all of them i would have to sign up and pay for. (I'm just looking for layouts, not websites like freewebs and piczo) I like the ones that are flash layouts, but i dont know much about flash, so are there any websites that have tutorials on HTML and flash for beginners?

W3schools.com is great for beginner tutorials for html and other coding languages. The site includes examples, try-it-yourself options and quizes to test what you learn. I recommend it as it is easy to understand for beginners.
