Myspace Layouts?

Okay I know how to make layouts, and I realy want to find out where towards you can make the "actual"


backround BEHIND the normal backround. Like the sides have the strips of the layout and the middles is that white and blue and orange layout you start out with. Well its sorta hard to explain, but I hope you understand what I said with what I said.
