Making layouts?

i want to learn how to make my own layouts..for myspace..


how do i do that? you know how on myspace people have those sites like "myspace nerds" "sunshiine" and bebop" where people make layouts cmnt boxxes ect...how can i make layouts and that kinda stuff??
